At Cecilia Cruise, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns
You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items such as personal-use products, hygiene-related items, or customized goods may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds are issued only through the original mode of order payment (for Cecilia Cruise, via Cash on Delivery refund arrangements).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with order details and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
